Windows 10: My Xbox One Bluetooth controller.

First off, I would like to say that yes the controller does support bluetooth. It pops up when I connect it to my pc. Whenever I use my controller on my xbox, it works perfect except sometimes it does turn off and then back on but it isn't often. When I try connecting it to my Windows 10 pc however, when I get into a game, weird things happen. It's hard to explain. If I angle my controller in a way it works fine but in other angles it has input lag, if I use the thumbsticks and put it in the other angles the character on my screen would keep moving in the direction even if I don't keep my position on my thumbstick. It only stops whenever I put it in a certain angle and then everything stops and it's fine again. If it also does the weird thing while the controller is vibrating, the controller then keeps vibrating until it's back. I am very confused and I have tried this with multiple computers and even gave my friend it to test it with his and it's still the same. Please help.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
