    Printing 4x6 photos

    I have an Epson XP620 and it works fine. I just have to pick the right cassette.

    Also this is not Windows support. We are users like you.

    Have you installed the full Epson software for the printer?

    You need to put this into Feedback.

    I am using ACDSee 19 and an Epson XP620 and am having the same problem.

    It seems like Windows wants to do its thing and will not allow the program or printer to control the output.
