Windows 10: My yahoo account got permanently deleted by some hackers but when I try to use my other...

So I’m trying to log into my other account on windows since my last yahoo account got deleted by hackers but now when I try to log into my new account I try to skip to create a pin and it resets me back to where I started how do I fix this?

Permanently deleting Yahoo emails from WP8

I have a Lumia 928 on Verizon. I also have a Yahoo mail account. When I delete an email on my phone, I would like for it to permanently delete from my phone AND from the Yahoo mail server.

Instead, it looks like WP8 has created a new folder within my mail account called "Deleted Items". When I delete an email from my phone, it does appear to permanently delete it from my phone, but I now have to logon to Yahoo web mail, delete from the new "Deleted
Items" folder which moves it to "Trash" where I can finally permanently delete it.

On the iPhone, it would move the message from Inbox to Trash when I deleted it. Then I could go into Trash (on my phone) and permanently delete it from the phone and server.

Yahoo! is inferior in security management. That is why I deleted my Yahoo! e-mail account permanently. People that work for it are not doing their jobs properly. Shame.
