Windows 10: My

Windows is denying me access to my computer. This morning I see a message that my security settings have changed, and I must reset my pin. I follow the instruction, but I never get the code in my email. I have checked the spam and trash folders. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account online, but can do nothing to gain access to my computer. Alternate emails and recovery phone number get me nowhere. What can I do?
