Windows 10: MyNetwork personal cloud storage not accessible

HiI have a Seagate 4TB Personal Cloud storage device connected to my router that up until a week ago was accessible from my PC through the MyNetwork in file explorer. Now I am getting this error msg whenever i click on the folders.\\personalcloud\folder is not accessible. You might not have permissions to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.I can ping the device and login into it through the IP address, but cannot go into the folder through the network in file

Personal cloud storage full hangup

My personal cloud OneDrive is full. How may I empty it without buying more storage? When I attempt to access the drive to delete files, a popup asking me to buy more storage blocks my access.
