Windows 10: Mysterious Owner Account - Appears upon start up, disappears after signing in or the sign...

Upon turning on my PC for the first time, there was an account titled "Owner". I deleted it, thought the problem would be solved. However upon every boot-up of this PC, the mysterious account still pops up. You can't sign in as there is a User and Password security thing which you'd usually have at a shared network computer in schools and stuff, but there is no info for it. After a few minutes it disappears if the sign-in screen is left unattended. It also disappears upon logging onto one of the other accounts on the computer. But every time the PC is booted up, the same account is there and I'm unsure on how to remove it from the sign in selection. It's always the first account to pop up for sign in upon boot-up.

A grey box appears then disappears when signing into microsoft account


Hi, when I try to sign in to my microsoft account via the store, cortana or settings, a grey box appears then after a couple of seconds will disappear. This means I cannot sign into my account at all! Any help much appreciated, I am running windows 10, on a HP laptop that used to run windows 7, also it is a 64 Bit. If you need any other information, please ask

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.

Desktop appears from different signed-in account


I noticed after a Windows 10 repair install that the desktop that appears isn't the desktop from the user account with which I'm signed in. In fact, that user account is no longer listed in user accounts, but its files still appear in C:\[my computer name]\Users. How do I get the correct desktop to appear?
