Windows 10: Mysterious Problem related to internet connection

Please, it's important to read the message to the end.

I'm facing a very weird problem with my computers. Sorry for the boring details that i will write but maybe it's better to help understand what's happening.
So, at the beginning i connected to a new wifi network in my new apartment. It worked normally without problems for one week. Then a week later, i was logging in to windows from sleep mode when windows crashed and restarted. Upon restarting the wifi status appeared connected but with no internet access. I did the following things to try to resolve:

- restart the computer

- restart the internet router several times and waiting a couple of minutes when off

- delete the internet connection and reconnect

- connect to another wifi

- use windows troubleshooter

- disable and enable the netsh interface

- sfc/ scannow and rebuild immersive control panel because at some point applications and computer settings stopped working

- uninstalled windows updates

- uninstalled latest updated applications

- finally i reset the computer by a recovery to a previous date.


Surprisingly, none of this worked. The main symptom was: when i connect to internet, most of the applications and settings on the computer stopped working. I would restart the computer and put it in flight mode in order to let things work normally without internet however.

Finally i tried to restore factory settings in every possible way and guess what, it always stopped at 54%.

I then sent the laptop to the IT guy in my work department and he had to re-install windows from a USB.


In the mean time i brought my fixed computer station home to work, and one week later i had the same exact super weird issue. I connected it to the ethernet and it worked normally for one week then a week later...poof, connected to the network but no internet access. I immediately removed the ethernet cable from it and now it work only if the cable is disconnected. Whenever i put the cable to try to connect, all the applications and things on the computer stop working. PS, i did:

- run the troublshooter

- change my router's setting and restarting it i was suspecting an infection in the router

- reset network on windows 10 from network and internet

- reset network stack ipconfig/ release......


now, when i put the cable again after doing these steps, it still say connected but no internet access, i cannot access the properties of the connection, all apps stop working as usual.

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

Hello,

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.

internet connection problem- help

my internet connection suddenly failed about 2 days ago. we had to power cycyle the the router and modem. the other computers on the same router network were able to connect. my computer upstairs still had the same problem. i am using my laptop now with the same eathernet connection my computer that doesnt get a connection with and the internet works fine on the laptop. it just randomly stoped working and idk what to do now. the cable is fine because i am able to use the laptop on it and the laptop doesnt get wireless so i know its not the cable. my computer is in the system specs. ive tried setting defualts in bios and that doesnt work either. ive turned my firewall off and that doesnt help either. any suggestions?
