Windows 10: Name of image on lock screen image

Why doesn't Windows provide the location of the spotlight lock screen image? I really wish they would. Any one else see an image and wonder the physical location of the image?

Thanks for getting back to me again. I tried apps in both detailed and quick status (Weather and Calender but no change! I even tried renaming the image that remains fixed in the lock screen to something else then naming another image in the same folder
to it s name (img100.jpg) but the lock screen image remains unchanged. Weird!

If this behaviour is really by design then the design needs changing!?*

Once you have located and saved the images you like, you can do a google image search for the image to potentially locate more information about the image, perhaps even it's origins.
