Windows 10: name_000 password???

My computer (Windows 10) will not start up but it has created a kim_000 username for which I don't know the password.

When I finally get past either a blank screen or sad face screen after multiple start up attempts, it takes me to an advanced options page. Once I am there all my system restore / recovery / startup repair options to try get back into my computer go straight to log in as administrator - but the only administrator username I have as an option is kim_000 which I never set up and therefore don't know the password for!

PLEASE HELP, I AM ON A SERIOUS DEADLINE AND CAN'T LOG IN *Sad

Password Box Missing In Sign In Screen in WINDOWS 10

Please help me

After i disabled all start up process expect widows host process

windows told me to restart computer

i do so and after that i cannot find passwordbox or my profile picture.Im having local account for login

Further i cannot boot to safe mod.

please help im stuck at log in screen

1. What is the exact and complete error message you get when you try to add second Microsoft account?

2. Do you have Internet connection enabled on the computer?

Hi Nic and welcome to Tenforums.

Please try enabling the hidden administrator account at command prompt (Option #4); delete or change the password for kim_000 and you should be good to go. I would then perform a system restore.
