Windows 10: narrator will not turn off. Follow directions multiple times but it comes right back on.

Spent hours on trying to get "narrator" to stop. Paid 2 separate companies, they turned it off but it came right back.Narrator will give you the title of the webpage for a link. Press Narrator + Ctrl + D , and Narrator will take the URL of the hyperlink you are on and send it to an online service that will provide the page title to Narrator. NArrator won't turn off

I have tried ALL suggestions for turning off Narrator in Windows 10. Every box is unchecked, I have tried all commands, short cuts, etc. Still, when my son turns on Minecraft, there is the stupid voice narrating! WHY WHY WHY does it have to be so hard and
impossible to turn off something?

I have tried restarting it multiple times. Nothing is working.
