    Things sure got confusing in this thread with some stating MB/s while others were using Mb/s. Faster is always better but as Scottyboy99 stated, your speeds are fine. If you haven't rebooted your NAS in awhile, you might give that a try.

    Agreed, the difference between capital B and lower case b is important and even those writing articles for pay don't always get the distinction correct. For years B has meant Bytes and b has meant bits and there are 8 bits in a Byte. Or we could go further back to octal. Number Bases: Octal and Hexadecimal
