    Native resolution is getting black boxed. 1920x1080


    On Windows 7 my computer was fine with this resolution. The second I upgraded, my resolution pretty much just broke by putting a black box around my screen. I've tried updating my drivers and other stuff yet I require assistance still.

    What screen resolution do you have?

    I also have the problem on a laptop with native resolution 1600x900. If I do a remote desktop session to the notebook in 1920x1080, the problem is gone. Also, on a desktop PC with native resolution 1920x1080 I do not have the problem.

    So I guess, it is a problem with resolutions other than 1920x1080. In the latter resolution, it seems to work fine as of December, 19th, 2015. Native resolution is getting black boxed. 1920x1080 :)

    Black Bars on the Sides in Game?

    I've looked repeatedly for solutions and couldn't find any. Basically whenever I run a game (my native resolution is 1920x1080), I run it in a lower res for example 800x600 but then, I get black bars on the sides and the game is in a small square.
