Navigation pane in File Explorer always opens to the bottom

I have a link to the F: drive on the task bar which does get me to my files quickly. However, the left panel is always at the bottom even after trying both solutions here. I previously had a couple more folders on the desktop that were at the bottom of the left panel so Camera Roll was the top item showing in the left panel. This was also true when I clicked on This PC. Its a tiny issue to scroll to the top and Quick Access but I would just like to know why the left panel always opens at the bottom of the list.

Here's how to reset the Navigation Pane state:
    1. Close all Explorer windows
    2. Open Regedit & navigate to Code:
    3. In the right-hand pane, delete the value named ExpandedState.
    4. Log off & log back on.

Navigation Pane always opens scrolled at bottom

    Hello All,

This is a minor thing, but as we know after time small things become annoying.

Every time I open File Explorer, or any folder, the Navigation Pane is scrolled at the bottom. I have to scroll to the top to access the Quick Access folders which kinda works against the idea of them being quick. One would think that when opening folders, the Navigation Pane should be scrolled to the top with Quick Access available right there no scrolling requiring. It doesn't make sense it opens scrolled to the bottom.

It's like water torture, one drop at a time driving me crazy.

Navigation Pane always opens scrolled at bottom

I mean that when you open a folder, the Navigation Pane on the left is scrolled to the bottom. It seems like it should open with the Navigation Pane scrolled to the top, as this is where the Quick Access folders are.

I tried to attach a screen shot to illustrate what I'm talking about, hope it's attached
