Windows 10: Ndu.sys bluescreen Windows10.

Hi,


I'm using Windows 10 on HP-15, Intel i5.


I've got a BSOD error with the following code : "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" caused by driver "Ndu.sys".

Recently I had another BSOD with the code "APC_INDEX_MISMATCH" caused by driver "ntoskrnl.exe".

I cannot provide the .dmp file for this one.


I've run

-sfc /scannow

-DISM image repair tool-

-chkdsk /f

-memory test


but none of these found nothing wrong.


I tried to update drivers with device manager but it says that there are no updates available.

Should I re-install all drivers? I've no backup copy of them.

Recently my AV Kaspersky detected a couple of Trojan infections. Both were disinfected.


I ran 2 complete scans of the system and nothing was found.


I've installed Malwarebytes in order to have more protection. Might it be possible that there are incompatibility issues?


How can I solve this problem?

KB3163018 causes bluescreen in DirectX DXGMMS1.sys when I maximize video

Still have the same problem.

My setup:

• Lenovo W530
• Windows 10 64bit
• Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
• NVIDIA Quadro K2000M

Just installed the anniversary update, updated my BIOS, intel graphics card driver and SSD firmware. Fullscreen applications like YouTube still cause a bluescreen.

Any suggestions Microsoft?

hello,

i have a asus k53sv laptop with i5 processor and i upgrade the hdd to ssd about 1 year ago.

for 2 days i start having bluescreen when i am browsing on the web.

i always get this message "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Netwsw00.sys)"

i'm running windows 10
