Xbox Live error code 0x89235107. Wont let me sign in onto Minecraft

So today, i was on my other account with Game Pass, I was playing MineCraft, and I tried to sign in with both of my Outlook emails, but that didnt work. The error code was 0x89235107.

I tried using this thread but that didnt work

If you can download and install games from the Microsoft Store normally, this usually means that you can log in to your Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store. However, the error code 0x89235107 usually only appears when you sign in to your Microsoft account, so can I suspect that this code appears when you sign in to Xbox Live?
