  1. Need a high-capacity (16TB+) NAS for storing and serving media

Not really ideal. I want all of that stored in one place. I don't know what to get, though. There's a ton of options for 2-bay NAS, but the capacity is just not enough for me. I need a 4-bay NAS that can be upgraded, I think. There's quite a few of those, too, but I've been reading all sorts of horror stories about crappy support from QNAP and Synology. Anyone have experience with this? Halp!

    :)

I wouldn't call 180 and 240 gb high capacity, but it's a step in the right direction.

    NAS drives redesignated as Media

Hi I have 3 or 4 NAS drives (for Back Ups and Files) Normally they are listed under "Network" but they are now listed as media devices and so I cannot open them to see files. One is a Seagate and the others are Buffalo. How can I reset them to be NAS devices please - Thanks Jean

    +80TB NAS

Yea, I'm really late to this party, but what about a desktop NAS?

    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822107342

It lists a max capacity of 64 TB, but then goes on with this:
