Discus and support need a new sound card for my Win 10 home version 1803 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Can someone please recommend a replacement sound card for my PC.     Can someone please recommend a replacement sound card for my PC.

    It is a Medion PC MT 14 to IEC 60825, OS Build 17134.285, 64 bit.

    The Windows Welcome experience will only be shown after installation of updates and occasionally when you sign in to highlight what's new and suggested by design. For more information about the new features and content of Windows 10 1803, please refer to
    these support articles. It also includes a video that summarizes the new content in this release:

    Also, make sure that the Windows welcome experience is enabled on your PC. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
    • Under Notifications, toggle the switch On "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested".

    ADI 198x Integrated Sound Driver, Win 10 Version 1803

    I have an Optiplex 760 that has served me well, except for Windows Updates killing my sound. With Win 10 x64 Version 1709, I got it to work with the R297329 update. However, Microsoft just pushed Version 1803, and that completely killed my sound - no
    speakers, no headphones. Where is the correct driver package for this?
