Windows 10: Need assistance with my pc crashing when playing games or idle.......

Hello, my email --> *** Email address is removed for privacy ***' am having trouble With windows at them moment. Crashing my computer every update it seems.not sure if this helps....not sure if its windows or my pc or gpu.I see this after every crash.... I look and boom. Twice or three times a day. It crashes and I check and boom a update......

2. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
3. What happens when you try to run a game?
   
4. Does the PC crashes only while playing games?
   
5. Do you receive any stop code or error message when the PC crashes?
