Windows 10: Need Bitlocker Recovery Key but no devices listed in my Microsoft account.

Windows 24H2 update has my computer booting into an endless loop starting with the Keyboard selection screen. No repair will work. I need files off my drive but it's locked with Bitlocker no idea it was turned on, just got the new computer a few months ago from Geekom. My Microsoft account doesn't list any devices, so how do I get the Bitlocker recovery key??

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
