Windows 10: Need dump analysis for BSOD on Windows 10 stopcode 0xc000021a

I am getting a BSOD every time I reboot. I have found that if I go into advanced boot and select Ignore Driver Signing it always boots successfully. In my reading the general consensus is that I have a driver causing the BSOD and need to submit a dump for analysis.
