Windows 10: Need guidance about Microsoft visual c++ program.

Recently, I tried to install an emulator app yuzu emulator to be preciseto run some games on my windows 7 desktop computer . But while the installation of the app and trying to run it, I came to know that msvcp140.dll file is missing from my system. I watched some videos on YouTube and explored a little on Google, and concluded that there isn't any Microsoft visual program installed in my pc . I also tried to run the installer of ×64bit Microsoft visual c++ 2022 but I couldn't install because it was showing some numberon the setup couldn't be completed pageafter which 'unspecified error '

microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86 won't install

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.
