    Need help activating windows 11


    I purchased a pre-built gaming pc from IBuyPower, and the computer functions as intended. However, when I try to do any type of personalizing, I am hit with a 'activate' windows. I hit troubleshoot and it is trying to have be purchase windows 11 when windows 11 is already installed on this new computer. I am the first user on this computer so i am not sure what i am able to do to correct this issue. It doesnt make sense that I would have to purchase windows 11 when i already spent a hefty amount on the brand new pre-built PC with windows 11 already being installed on it.
