Windows 10: Need help administrative help adding a family member to a group

I sincerely and humbly ask for the Family Safety team's direct assistance with this issue.We have been trying to add accounts for the kids to our Microsoft Family group for the last few days. We finally managed to get most accounts accepted and in the group, except for one kid. It wouldn't add the last kid and gave very useless error messages stating "Something's not working It's not you, it's us." and "Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again." even with multiple attempts over time by different adult organizers from several devices.I just concluded a 5hr suppor

Can't remove family members from family group

Hey all,

I'm the organizer for my family group. I'm trying to remove one of the members of the family group, and it tells me "Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for [Member] can remove this family member. Ask the family organizer who granted [Member] consent to remove [Member] from the family group."

I am the person who added this member to the group. I even checked on their profile, and it says I'm the organizer. Why can't I edit/remove this account?

Family Organizer Leaving Family Group

Hello Lee Wilfert,

Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.

• If Mother was the administrator of the Family Group, you can exit the Family Group directly, and Mother will automatically become the Family Group organizer.
  
  If you want to stay in the Family Group, you need to rejoin, either as an administrator or as a regular Family Group member.
  
  Visit Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety for more details.
  

• If Mother was already a member of the Family Group, you need to remove her from the Family Group, then add it again, and need to select "Administrator" when selecting the role.
  

Meanwhile, you can dissolve the Family Group, and then let the new organizer send an invitation to re-establish the Family Group. Visit Leave family group or remove members (microsoft.com) for more details.

someone has added to family members group and I cant remove

Someone has added to family members group and I can't remove - not someone i recognise or have tried to add myself. I go to remove member but it asks to change consent which it wont let me as they seem to be listed as a child.

I follow the steps to page and get this message..

To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings.

Then once I click on the above it takes me back to the overall settings page.
