Windows 10: NEED HELP AFTER A HUGE LOSS DUE TO THE WINDOWS 10 UPDATE

So... After installing the microsoft 10 update. I didnt have enough room on my Surface Pro & followed the directions by putting everything on my gifted/still in packaging, hard drive which needed to be REGISTERED AFTER PURCHASE- according to directions in case anythings lost, the company MAY BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE THE FILES.... Unfortunatley not only was it gifted to me by my best friend who passed away's father who wont answer my calls due to his ex girlfriend he recently started dating again, the hard drive was REFURBISHED and when i registered it, it was a third party company pret

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
