Windows 10: Need help after my windows 10 failed to start

After my windows 10 failed to start, i encountered black screen with winload.efi error I tried to boot and recover using USB iso but i got stuck in command prompt with "bootrec" commands When i use bootrec it says *the system cannot find the file specified* I don't know what to do now, i think my disk partitions aren't rightIf there is anyone that can help me what to do i would appreciate it

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
