Windows 10: Need help analysing memory dump for KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BugCheck

Whenever I try to boot into Windows, between a few seconds and a few minutes after logging in, it will bluescreen. Error code is KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, with no additional information, which is very nonspecific can apparently be any kind of exception in kernel mode, so any driver, with few clues about what driver is the causeThis persisted through a full windows reset which updates to the latest versions -- which was actually the only way I could get updates to install, otherwise the install would be interrupted by the bluescreen, and you can't run windows update in safe mode any more.

Analysing dump file

BugCheck 1001 Memory Dump

Hi,

A user's laptop recently got the BsoD, but I haven't been able to figure out the root cause.

Checking in Event Viewer showed the following BugCheck event:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000010d (0x0000000000000005, 0x00007bfadff1c978, 0x0000000000001018, 0xffff84051dfeadf0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 7c8a110f-3271-4dd4-afda-645907459133.

I do have the DMP file in OneDrive, but the link shows my company username so I won't be posting it publicly. If this is required, please let me know and I'll share the link via other means. Thanks in advance!

 

BugCheck 1001 Memory Dump

Hey Dave,

Looks like the drivers are up to date.. do you think it's worth it to uninstall/re-install the IMEI driver completely? I was hesitant as I'm not sure about the repercussions of uninstalling the driver. Event Viewer also showed the following message:
