Windows 10: Need help ASAP: Windows 11 de-activated after update to 24H2 this is deployed on-site.

Hello, I'm remotely controlling a Windows PC which belongs to a client. It had an active Windows 11 license, but after the update to 24H2, it is now de-activated. I don't have access to its original license, and it's quite hard to find since the entire project has been handled by different contractors already not sure who procured the PC but slmgr /dlv shows that it had a RETAIL license. I really need to get this working ASAP. Please advise on what I can do to retrieve the license key or how to rollback 10 days had already passed, or if there's another solution to this problem. Windows 11 24H2 is now shipping on new Copilot+PCs. However, Microsoft has not announced when it will be released for other Windows 11 users. By all accounts, it will be a significant update.
