Windows 10: Need help changing windows 10 64 bit to a 32 bit

Im helping someone with fixing their storage issue on a laptop when i found out theyre running windows 64 bit on a laptop with 32gb ssd and 4gb of ram. Im stumped, i tried installing 32 bit on a usb but it wont let me change the laptop, i tried to reset the pc but it tells me i dont have enough space, ive tried clearing as much space as i can but it's still not enough, infact somehow when i try to to use disk clean up and delete stuff i have EVEN LESS space to work with. Any help would be appreciated

Change kernel 32 bit to 64 bit

To be able to change Kernel from 32-bit to 64-bit, we suggest that you
reinstall Windows 10.
