Windows 10: Need help – constant blue screens

I’ve bought a new Dell PC last year and ever since was having issues with blue screens. I the beginning it was just the odd occasion here and there, then it became a weekly occurrence and now it’s almost every 2nd or 3rd day. As I’m not a tech savvy person, I just ignored/accepted them.



However, it has now become a real nuisance displaying another error message every time, such as:

• FAULTY HARDWARE CORRUPTED PAGE
• MEMORY MANAGEMENT
• SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
• Etc.

I contacted the Microsoft Helpdesk yesterday and was told to perform the below action – which I did, only to have another blue screen today.

To clarify - I'm using Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.


Can anyone please give me some advice what to do? Appreciate your help

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
