Windows 10: Need help decoding and fixing Event ID 1 from WHEA-Logger

I checked event viewer today and saw the following error: "A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event." This is obviously scary but I have no idea how to decode this, can anybody help me find the issue and help me solve it? Whea logger event id 1 level 2

My system was shutdown suddenly.

When i saw the event viewer the following error was shown.

I just received two Event ID 19 WHEA-Logger's tonight, "Reported by component: Processor Core"

Google led me to a Ten forums thread that seems to indicate this Meltdown and Spectre patch related. Has anyone else had these or know anything more about it?
