Windows 10: Need Help Diagnosing Instabilities

Hello, I have recently been experiencing system instabilies ranging from application crashes to various forms of BSOD. I have done what I know how to in addressing the issues, and have lessened them greatly, but have yet to completely correct the issues. Recently it seems like I've managed to correct the blue screen errors, but I am still experiencing frequent crashes in various applications, including Discord, Google Chrome, and several games, both modern and older. So far I've run multiple hardware tests on my CPU, RAM, GPU, and storage, none of which have returned any issues. I've used the

a coplete list of system specs helps a lot in diagnosing problems. Could be memory, PSU, or even an improper/missing connection.
