Windows 10: Need help downloading Epic Launcher on my new PC

I am trying to download Epic Games Launcher on my new PC. But every time I try, I get an error message 2755. When I contact Epic, they tell me it is due to the fact that I need to install as admin. But when I check my settings, I am logged on as admin and therefore should be downloading it as admin too right? I looked and Youtube videos and searched online and cannot find anything that works. I am running admin and I am new to PC and so confused. I just want to play Fortnite and Rocket League and Valorant. Please help.
