Windows 10: Need help finding drivers. pci controller device

Cannot find PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller Driver

Cannot find PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller Driver for my LETM PCG30 Intel Aytrail-T Z3735F Mini-pc running Windows 10 32 bit Build 14393.447. My sound driver isn't working and I don't see it listed in Device Manager, just this controller driver and
two "unknown devices". I've tried deleting all three and restarting Windows but it redetects the unknown devices and doesn't fix the problem.
