Windows 10: Need Help Finding/Fixing the problem.

To start this off, my laptop Acer Aspire ES1-533 Series, Model N16C1, started having an issue a couple months back, where the screen would randomly black out for odd periods of time, with nothing but the cursor showing, and then come back on, all randomly. This makes using it nearly impossible. The computer also freezes much more often.


After talking to a few people, I've managed to narrow down a little bit where the problem sits.


- The problem IS resolved temporarily in safe mode, though network can not be accessed


- Updating/Uninstalling the graphics card has not been effective.


- A full wipe of the computer has not been effective.


- A clean boot has not been effective


If anyone knows what to do here, or what the problem may be, anything would be appreciated.

• What is the exact issue are you facing with sound?
• Are you getting any error message?
• Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?

Method 1: I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

Sorry, don't understand 'through outside the system'. I'm not clear what you've tried of what I suggested..
If you can list
a. what you've tried
b. what happened (any error messages, outcomes, screenshot if helpful)
clearly and logically, someone may be able to help you better..

(Aeroglass- search and you'll find it easily- just one of several programs that are known to cause problems upgrading).
