Windows 10: need help fixing windows defender, have threats that i cant remove/quarantine

Discus and support need help fixing windows defender, have threats that i cant remove/quarantine in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; as the tittle suggests need help removing these but they wont leave, i suspect they are removed but windows defender glitched out and is still showing...     need help fixing windows defender, have threats that i cant remove/quarantine


    as the tittle suggests need help removing these but they wont leave, i suspect they are removed but windows defender glitched out and is still showing me, when i do a scan it says no new threats were found in the notification bar but when i go into the app itself it says 2 threats

    Windows Defender is missing Restore Button for Quarantined Threats

    It wasn't listed under "Quarantined Threats", but was listed in "See full history" as quarantined. It has been about 2 hours
    and now it is listed under "Quarantined Threats" which now shows the Restore or Delete options. Something must be causing
    a delay in listing the quarantined file under "Quarantined Threats" after they have been found and quarantined by Defender.

    Removing Quarantined Items in Windows Defender

    Windows Defender quarantined some harmful items but did not remove them from my pc. Windows Defender did not request removal. Should I just leave the items quarantined or remove them myself? If removal is recommended, how am I to go about

    doing so, as Windows Defender did not list the items in the Detect section where threats are placed for removal?

    Unable to remove or quarantine Virus Threat

    Ran a virus scan with defend and 3 threats were detected, however when I went to have them removed nothing happened, tried to quarantine them and again nothing happened any suggestions on how to eliminate these threats. The threats are PUA:Win32/SweetIM
    PUA:Win32/Visicom and PUA:Win32/AskToolbar
