Windows 10: Need help for consistent crash after fan speeding

Hello, i'm french so my english will be schoolar. Well.This is a man, who tried mostly everything in the internet. I come here because i can't find any help elsewhere. So, there is a problem when i tried to launch or when i play game. But, not for everygame. Last week i've played my modded skyrim and everything went fine. Same with Helldivers 2, fine ! But there it is. I tried Oblivion Remake on UE5, on Steam. And, at the start i played the game. The beginning went fine, until i need to go outside in the game and then, fan speed up and game crashed.At this time i understanded something gonna

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

W10 CPU fan not boosting to max speed

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

We would suggest you to update the following items and check the cpu fan speed and performance.

Check if there is a program to control the fan speed, may be the controller program is not compatible with Windows 10. Also check for the below list and please update it:

• BIOS.
• Chipset drivers.

If you don't find the drivers compatible for Windows 10. refer to the motherboard manufacturer website and check for updated chipset drivers and install it.
