Windows 10: Need help for windows 10 activtion error code: 0x8007007B

I need help in windows 10 Pro. its a dell inspiron 3580 and I am having a problem in windows 10 saying activate windows. I tried trouble shooting it but it said no issue found and I tried using different cmds but no help. the only way is to report here I hope I get a solution here. it says to enter my product key but its a laptop and we don't get a product key in a laptop. sorry for my bad English.
