Windows 10: need help for windows defender blank and missing file

virus called avenger aio i accidentally installed it in my laptop, that thing cause my windows defender gone, please help me to solve this

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Security is missing

Please complete the steps listed under the section "Step 2: Repair/Restore the Windows Defender Service" in the Defender service missing article, and reboot Windows. Note: Import the REG file as TrustedInstaller, as described in the article.

If that doesn't help, a repair installation (see the link in my previous post) is needed.
