Windows 10: Need help getting into PC due to PIN being unavailable

Im currently stuck out of my PC because of the message ‘something went wrong and your PIN is unavailable’.I’m using a ASUS ROG laptop and was trying to get into it as usual when I was greeted by the above message. It doesn’t give me any other option of getting in so I looked online and they told me to boot it into recovery and try ‘Startup repair’ and ‘System restore’. Not one of these worked so as a last resort I tried to reset the PC, but I couldn’t even do that as apparently I don’t have enough driver space to reinstall Windows and i can’t open my computer to make space so I’m basically stu

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.

 

Locked screen due to unknown PIN request.

The computer (Win10) in question is offline due to an adapter problem. Where the PIN request came from I don't know. I've never had one. I can't get online even with an ethernet cable because I can't get in. I tried to boot in SAFE MODE but after going through all the steps it loops back at the PIN window. Suggestions greatly appreciated!!

Yeap, another post says:
The option for forced safe mode - which is the first suggested method to access safe mode by Microsoft with no ability to reply to that suggestion - by using msconfig and selecting "Diagnostic Startup" results in this issue where the PIN can never be used again until the operating system is completely reinstalled. Even the restore point does not undo this option, and there is no way to deselect this option without logging into Windows, which forever after selecting it cannot be done. Thanks to all of Microsoft's "help" above, we now know with absolute certainty that selecting "Diagnostic Startup" - which was their first suggestion for getting into safe mode - completely corrupts the operating system irreparably.
