Windows 10: Need help im Tcp Session hijacked

I have tried TLS and SSL to no avail please help me by providing a registry key to encrypt tcp or another way to fix the issue

Browser hijackers don't show this kind of behavior and more could be going on. Normally I don't suggest Resetting your computer but in this case....

  Press Windows + X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select Devices and Printer.
  
• 
  Then click on "Add a printer" then choose printer wasn't listed then "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or host name.
