Windows 10: Need help installing Windows 10 on freshly built machine

I just finished assembling my new PC but it keeps freezing when I try to install windows 10. It doesn't freeze in the BIOs and the furthest I've gotten is to the "enter activation key"

I've tried unplugging my GPU and using motherboard outputs, I've removed all sticks of RAM but 1 in the A1 slot so I only have 8GB, I've removed my second M.2 and everything is plugged in.

I tried using the Disk at first but that wasn't working so I took my old PC's DVD drive and still no luck. I even copied the files onto a USB and it's still freezing. I've underclocked the system and am running it at default settings. I've also tried installing the version provided by Microsoft on their website via the media center to try a different version and still no luck.

PLEASE NOTE WINDOWS IS NOT INSTALLED ANYWHERE ON THE DEVICE, I AM TRYING TO INSTALL IT ON THE SYSTEM SO I CAN GET INTO THE OS. I don't know how people don't understand that when I mentioned I just built this PC but thought I'd make it clear. I tried both the Disk and copying it all to a formatted USB and still no luck.

Also I know everyone is mentioning USB but I've been doing it old school with the ACTUAL WINDOWS DISK I know, so rare. The USB was a last resort option.

• 2080 Super (removed)
• Gigabyte Aorus Plus Ultra Gaming WiFi 7
• 750w Corsair 80+ Gold

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
