Windows 10: Need help leaving an organisation.

I recently upgraded my computer, I switched the motherboard, ram, cpu, but kept the rest the same including storage. Ever since I upgraded it I haven't been able to activate windows, I go to reactivate it and it says the normal 'cannot activate because of your organizations user settings' jargon, although I'm not part of any organization. I googled this and all I could find on the matter was people saying to delete your accounts in settings. I did this, and was still unable to activate windows. the next day I reset windows, as well as the entire disk. everything is reset and I'm currently ty

2. Click on the Leave program link at the bottom of the resulting page.
   
3. Then follow on screen instructions.

Cannot leave B2C organisations in MyAccount page

When trying to leave organisations which no longer exist from the MyAccount page, the authenticator prompt appears and demands verification. But since those directories no longer exist and are no longer connected to the authenticator application, there is no way to leave them (the prompt appears on the site but not in the app). Is there another way to do this?

As a consequence, Visual Studio has issues on publish attempts. Those require re-entering account credentials but the same thing happens with the authentication. Outlook and Teams also seem to have an issue as they keep performing a sign out.
