Windows 10: Need help on fixing hard disk leading to restart loop all the time

Hi, need help with hard disk fixing issue.Clicked on the restart to fix hard disk button before shutting down the laptop and it led to fixing D: stage 1. And because it took so long, decided to force shut down the laptop and turn it on again but it didn't give the choice to press any button to skip the fixing hard disk. Then tried to force shut down again hoping that 'press any button to skip fixing' would appear, but a blue screen came up instead where I was given options to restart or troubleshoot PC, tried to use command prompt in the troubleshoot tab but it told me to key in password of

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

Disk management console view is not up-to-date

i dont know how to fix your disk management, but i can fix your partition problems...




open up Command Prompt with admin rights. (Right click, run as admin)


enter in
DISKPART
list disk

then find the Disk number for your Raid array... lets call it number 7 ( you can tell what disk is what by the total size)
type in

Select Disk 7
List Partition (will give you a list of all the partitions..)
Select Partition 1 (im assuming you only have 1 partition on Disk 7) repeat this step if you have more partitions.
ASSIGN


that should get the array up and running ready to use.
