Windows 10: Need help on troubleshoot my Logitech Webcam Windows 10

[COLOR=rgba26, 26, 27, 1]Hie Guys, First of all thanks for reading my post.. and pardon my bad English.. The main issue is I just cant make my Logitech webcam to work. Already tried various method but still nothing works and now I'm totally dead clueless.[/COLOR]

1. Privacy both camera and microphone checked
2. Change usb2.0 and usb 3.0 port
3. Bios USB Legacy ON
4. Uninstall and install USB Video Device on device manager.
5. Bought a new webcam C270 HD
6. Fresh install windows 10
7. USE lws2.80 driver
8. SDIO_R730 snappy tool also not helpful
9. use different usbvideo.inf file
10. Changing PSU from working PC

[COLOR=rgba26, 26, 27, 1]This is really frustrating and have stuck like few days troubleshooting this.[/COLOR]

Logitech - WebCam - HD Webcam C525 - Error 0x800f0203

I followed the listed steps and the webcam is performing properly and is recognized by Windows 10, I checked software and driver updates on the Logitech site and the Logitech utility states the software and driver are up to date and working properly. The
only issue I have is with Windows 10 Updates trying to update the Logitech software/drivers in the recent update and that update is throwing the Ox800f0203 error and continues to does so after all of the suggested solutions. Which puzzles me since the Logitech
hardware/software/driver is working properly.

 

Since downloading Windows 10 my Logitech webcam is not working
