Windows 10: Need help recovering my Windows 10

Hello,I need help fixing Windows 10 reinstallation issues on my laptop.Here's the background: I have a Lenovo laptop with a 256GB SSD and a 256GB HDD. Initially, it came with Windows 10 installed. Over the past year, I created a partition on the HDD and installed Ubuntu, using it without any issues.Recently, I needed to log in to my Windows 10, but unfortunately, I forgot the password. After attempting to recover it without success, I decided to wipe the Windows partition and reinstall it, as I didn't need any of my old files. I initiated the reinstallation process while booting up as Window

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
