Windows 10: Need Help Reverting PC from Personal to Business Setup

I originally set up my PC and laptop under my business account using an email like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, tied to my Office 365 Business subscription. Later, I unintentionally linked my personal Outlook.com email to the account. This seems to have switched my computer from a business setup to a personal one. Now, when I log in, my personal Outlook email shows up as the user ID instead of my business email, and apps like Microsoft Teams aren’t working properly. I tried removing the personal account under the profile settings, but I still can't get the system back to the original business config

Personal and Business Account on Same Desktop

Even after I sign out of my business account, I still can't login to any of my personal accounts.



To be clear, I want to have a business account and a personal (Microsoft Account) on one computer. Ideally, I would have Office 365 Business Standard on the Business Account and a Microsoft account with Office 365 personal as the personal account. I believe that is a standard MS setup. Microsoft seems to have a lot of material referring to business and personal accounts Do you know what setup they have in mind? I just don't have the knowledge and experience to set it up properly. Furthermore, I don't mind having the same apps on each account as long as the documents are separated.

Any further comments/suggestions are appreciated. Tx
