Windows 10: Need help to disable Green Arrow/text box in top left corner while typing Japanese...

Hello,I am from the US and speak English and trying to learn Japanese, but I have a Japanese kana keyboard with English standard but Japanese IME also installed and when I try to play certain Japanese games in Windows 10 that ask for me to type in Japanese with my kana keyboard, in the top left corner of the screen is a text input box showing the Japanese letters while I type and a Green Arrow. I don't know what this is, but I don't like it, it's very distracting. How do I disable or hide this?Below shows what happens when I right click the text input field.

Japanese IME predictive pop up in Top Left corner of the screen

When typing with the Japanese IME keyboard, the text appears in the top-left corner of the screen instead of where the cursor is. This only happens with some apps. e.g. in Word the text appears at the cursor, but in SMART Notebook the text appears in the
top-left corner. On computers with multiple monitors it may even appear in the top-left corner of a different screen to where the app is.

Hello everyone!

Last night I went to bed while Windows was getting updated. However, this morning when restarting windows as usual, after the update, I discovered that when typing in Japanese with the Japanese IME keyboard that I have been using for ages, it started behaving
in a way in which I had to, literally, stop using it.

Normal behaviour: when typing with the Japanee IME keyboard, the predictive options appear right below the text input.

Weird behaviour: when doing the same, the predictive popup options appear in a window located in the TOP LEFT position of the screen.

I just can't get used to it because I started feeling dizzy moving my eyes over and over again from the text input to the corner of the screen.

I tried uninstalling and installing again the keyboard. No changes.

I decided disabling text prediction, but still, when I push space key twice to select another kanji, the options available appear again in the top left corner.

Does anyone know how to handle this situation?

I type in Japanese on a daily basics because I have to, and now I am stuck using Google translate service to type whatever with their japanese keyboard tool and then copying and pasting to the place when I need that text to be. It is REALLY troublesome and
slow. And of course using instant messaging with my partner seems impossible and now I have to use English with him just because this issue.

Turning off Japanese popup suggestions box on Windows 10?

Hello everyone.

I'm encountering a strange feature on Windows 10, using the Microsoft IME Japanese language pack. When playing a computer game, I attempted to input Japanese text. A little suggestions box would popup instead in the top left corner of my screen, with the
characters I was typing. This would also happen whenever I attempted to use any in-game keybinds (such as WASD to move around); my computer thought I was trying to type Japanese and would bring up the popup box instead. This also happens whenever I type on
my keyboard outside of when text input is expected, for instance, if I'm just looking at my desktop screen with nothing open. This leads me to believe that the software doesn't "recognize" the game the same way as it does for normal input receptors such as
internet browsers. How can I turn off this popup box?
