    I've never had deep fried turkey but I hear it's the best way to make it and the meat comes out very tender and moist

    BTW, since restoring my OS from my image, when I boot, I first get a message while booting: "Invalid Partition Table." I click on Enter and my OS continues to boot. Just before this message, I see three options for booting. All of them read "Windows." I only have one installation of Windows. Any ideas on what's wrong? These little glitches have a habit of growing into big glitches and I'd like to fix this - then take a fresh image. @NavyLCDR

    Hi Nisko. Sometimes mentioning two members doesn't work. If after you post if you don't see a link in name you know its dead. If you edit post it comes alive, usually.

    Is you drive MBR partitioned or GPT partitioned? If it is MBR partitioned, you can install MiniTool Partition Wizard Free and there will be a option to rebuild te MBR, if you right click on the disk 0 (or whatever number) icon for the drive.

    Actually you are wrong. @Kari has written a tutorial that shows if you run setup.exe from the sources folder WHILST running normal Windows (not winpse), it will do a clean install. Very few people know this.

    If you do not believe me, try it in a virtual machine).

    @NavyLCDR : Mini-Tool Partition Wizard: can't rebuild MBR unless I purchase the Pro version ($33). Is there another way to do this? I thought this app used to rebuild the MBR - but the instructions say I need to upgrade in order to create a Mini-Tool boot device and fix the MBR from there. I tried the free version more than once. A message said successful - but, when I rebooted, I saw that the MBR hadn't been corrected.

    Do you have Kyhi's Rescue Drive created? You can boot into that and the MiniTool version included should be able to do it.

    Interesting though.....Google seems to indicate it is a BIOS problem, not a hard drive/SSD problem:
    on startup - Microsoft Community

    Other links suggested updating the BIOS, if there is an update available.

    I don't have Kyhi's Rescue Drive. Would you please send me a link? I also have the latest BIOS.

    I have it now - but Mini-Tool is not included (at least, I couldn't find it).

    The link I posted had some instructions for disabling booting from external devices/other devices that you don't want to boot from anyway. The bios might be looking at other sources to boot from, and either not reading devices there or reading bad boot sectors on devices that are connected.
