Windows 10: Need help to read a memory dump file to figure out why pc crashesh. Thanks a lot in advance !

Hello hello,Lastly my pc crashes every day, when the pc crashes I don't get a blue screen or error messages but a black screen before restarting by itself. I ran 2 days ago 2 stress-tests on my cpu, my rams and my graphics cards with Memtest 86, OCCT and Furmark, I even reinstalled my graphics card driver with ddu. But none of the programs show even the slightest problem. So I'm trying to understand the source of the problem with memory dumps that indicate ntkrnlmp.exe but I don't know what the pronleme is in my memory dump. If someone could tell me what the problem is, thanks again in advance

Your memory dump files just indicates a generic memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed.

Did you PC only crash once?

Is there no minidump files in C:\Windows\Minidump?

 

Dump File

It says in the link DYARIBARHAM posted how to produce a mini dump under the heading "Configure the dump type" near the top....

3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
   
4. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).
   
   
   

To change the folder location for the small memory dump files, type a new path in the Dump File box or in the Small dump directory box, depending on your version of Windows).

%SystemRoot% normally is C:\Windows, so the dump goes into the C:\Windows\Minidump folder, unless you change it.
