Windows 10: Need help to remove 'gambling' block

I'm trying to book a hotel room at a casino and get the message that the website is blocked for the category 'gambling'. How do I remove this restriction please?

Blocking gaming/gambling sites

I have Windows 10 and would like to block the casino/gaming/gambling sites from my computer. I tried to get help from the virtual agent, it keeps sending me to the site to control a child's use of computer. I know on my old, old pc, I could maximize settings
so some sites would be blocked.

Another issue I have had for about 3 years is Windows Installer - can't install anything - get a window saying not verified-?????. Thought this would be remedied when my son got me a new laptop with Windows 10, but still can't install.

Any help would be appreciated. My computer-eze is getting antiquated!!!!

 

Removing a Blocked URL

Having trouble with removing a Blocked URL. I try to access youtube.com, but a pop up message that say.

www.youtube.com is blocked
The person who set up this computer has chosen to block this site.

• Try contacting the system admin.

Check your administrator's policies
Visit chrome://policy to see the list of blacklisted URLs and other policies enforced by your system administrator.
I tried going into Windows Registry, but I couldnt locate anything to help
me remove it.
